Terms of use

By using Airway Cubes you agree to these terms. They are short and plain English.

1. The site

Airway Cubes is an independent flight-catalog desk run by Jordan Pasco from Phoenix, Arizona. The site is an editorial catalog of public flight fares. It does not sell tickets, hold reservations, or process payments.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal travel research. You may not scrape the catalog at high volume, attempt to impersonate Airway Cubes, or use the site to defraud or harass anyone.

3. No warranty on fares

Fares displayed on the site are estimates pulled from public partner feeds. They are not quotes, holds, offers, or guarantees. The partner's checkout total at the moment of booking is the only authoritative number. Airway Cubes is not liable for any difference between the catalog fare and the partner fare.

4. No warranty on schedules

Schedules, baggage allowances, refund policy, and carrier hours described on this site come from each carrier's public terms as of the catalog-refresh date. Carriers change these without notice. Always verify with the carrier before traveling.

5. Outbound links

Every Stack-at button is an outbound link to a third-party partner or carrier. Airway Cubes is not responsible for content, pricing, or actions on the partner site once you leave ours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Arizona law, Airway Cubes' liability for any claim related to the use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from your use of the site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
